The hall for the cultural events of MAST: talks, meetings, readings, screenings and concerts, mostly related to the themes of the exhibitions.

The 400-seat Auditorium hosts the cultural events promoted by the Foundation or organised with other institutions: lectures, conferences, meetings, readings, screenings and concerts, mostly related to the themes of the exhibitions.

The acoustics were designed to be adjusted to the type of event, and the technical equipment supports a wide range of occasions. Admission to the Foundation’s public events is free, with booking.

Together with the foyer and the company restaurant spaces, the Auditorium also hosts conventions and events of institutions, companies and private clients: the revenue supports the Foundation’s activities.

Equipment

32 m² 4K LED wall and 4K DCP projector; lectern; 5.1 sound with beam steering technology and digital mixer; radio and ambient microphones; simultaneous interpretation in up to three languages; streaming encoder and video conferencing; full lighting rig, with console, three stage trusses and two outside the stage.

Access

Lifts from the underground car park and from the ground floor lead to the Auditorium. For evening events the car park, entrance from Via Vittoria 7, is open until full.
